Policies Statement of Rental

The Customers assumes responsibility for rentals equipment once the order
has been delivery and verified by your signature.

Reserving Equipment:

Quotes or proposals do not guarantee availability or rental equipment. A singed rental contract is needed for all reservations. Orders of non-tent items over $100 require a 25% deposit and a valid credit card to reserve items. All tent items require a 50% nonrefundable deposit due at the time of reservation.

Payments:

Payments can be made in any of the following ways: Cash, personalized check or Venmo. For all mayors credit cards there will be a 3.5% fee of the final rental amount.

Changes and Cancellations:

Order changes are subject to approval and availability.

When you book your order, the items are considered out of our inventory for your date and those items are unavailable to other potential costumers. This ensure you will have all the items you need on the date you require them. This is why we do have certain policies regarding changes to your order. All reductions in numbers must be received by Click Event Rentals 7 days prior to your event. Any reductions or cancellations made within 14 days will be subject to a cancellation fee.

Any increases in your numbers must be made prior to your delivery, and are subject to items availability. These items will be billed separately. You may make changes by phone or email. These policy helps us to ensure that your order is packed as accurately as possible. See our Cancellation Policy bellow for more detailed information.

Cancellation Policy:

Any reduction in quantity are limited to 25% of the original amount ordered per item and must be made a minimum of 7 days prior to your event to avoid penalty.

Any orders cancelled within 24hrs. prior to your delivery date will be subject to a 100% restocking fee. Any items cancelled within 4 days of the event will be charged at full rental rates plus taxes.

Rental Period:

The rental rate is base on a 24-hour rental. If you need the items longer please contact us and ask about our multi-day rates.

Damage waiver:

You (the customer) are responsible for returning all the rental items in the same condition in which they were received. You are liable for the replacement cost of damage or lost items. A damage Waiver is available to protect you from damage due to accidental breakage. No loss of any type will be covered.

The damage Waiver is an additional fee of 7.5 % of your total rental order. The Damage Waive is optional and you may decline it by initialing on the decline Damage Waiver line at the bottom of the contract. If waiver is declined, customers are responsible for all charges relating to loss or damage to rental items under ant circumstances.

TERMS & AGREEMENT

Minimun amount $75 for any delivery.
Delivery fee of $40 an all the order will be apply.
Delivery only – we do not offer pick-up services from costumers.
We do not setup or take down / extra charge will apply.
We do not go up or downstairs / extra charge will apply.
Delivery and same day pick-up will be and extra charge of $65.
There must be a clear path of at least 3ft for our team to place your rentals in your desired location.
Rentals will only be delivered up to 50ft from the delivery vehicle. Anything further may be subject to an additional charge.
We do not setup or take down / extra charge will apply.

Unused Equipment:

Rental items are charge for time out, not for used. Every item that leaves our warehouse is treated the same way upon return, used or not. This ensures that every item you receive is clean sanitized and food safe. No refund is given for items that were not used during the event.

Delivery & Pick-Up:

Delivery rates are base on a drop off to a point easily accessible to our truck, like your driveway, garage or backyard.

Delivery time should be arranged 2 to 4 hours before start of your event. Deliveries will be made between 8am and your reservation time. Customer is required to check the rented items before the driver leaves because there is no guarantee that the driver can return before pick-up time.

Pick-up:

You do not have to be at the location at the time of pick-up as long as the driver has access to the rentals. All tables and chairs must be stacked and folded in the same place as delivery. (A fee will be applied if the driver needs to collect the rentals throughout the property)
